How weToocare Works

We make hospital visits stress-free. Follow these 3 simple steps:

1

Book an Assistant

Fill out the booking form and schedule an assistant for your loved one.
Once your appointment is booked, we will contact you promptly

2

Assistant Accompanies Patient

The patient will be accompanied to the hospital by our trained assistant, who will offer complete support throughout the check-up, address any queries with the doctor, and meticulously document their instructions.

3

Safe Return Home

After the check-up, our assistant will escort your loved one safely back home. We prioritize comfort and stability, helping to settle them in so they can rest and recover without worry.

What does the assistant do after picking up the patient?

We handle the logistics so the patient can focus on health.

📋 Registration & Paperwork

No need to stand in long lines. Our assistant handles hospital registration, file management, and billing counters while the patient sits comfortably.

🩺 Doctor Interaction

We accompany the patient inside the doctor's cabin (if allowed), note down medications, diet plans, and next checkup dates carefully.

💊 Pharmacy & Tests

We purchase prescribed medicines and guide the patient to labs for blood tests or X-rays, ensuring they never feel lost in large hospitals.

🚗 Cab & Mobility Support

From booking a cab (Ola/Uber) to helping with wheelchairs or walking support, we ensure safe movement from home to hospital and back.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to your doubts.

Are your assistants medically trained?

No, our assistants are non-medical companions. They provide logistical and emotional support but do not administer injections or medical treatments. They are trained in hospital navigation and patient handling.

How early do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can assign the best-suited assistant for your location and needs.

Will the assistant stay with the patient the whole time?

Yes, absolutely. From the moment they meet at the pickup point until the patient is dropped back home, the assistant remains by their side.

Can you help with emergency admissions?

Our service is primarily for planned visits and checkups. In case of a critical emergency (like a heart attack), please call an ambulance first. Our assistant can join later for support.
