How do I pay for the cab or medicines?

You should provide cash to the patient or use digital payment methods (UPI/Paytm) directly. Our assistant can help facilitate the transaction, but they will not use their personal funds for patient expenses.

Is the fee refundable if I cancel?

Yes, we offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may attract a small cancellation fee.
